Session Description

This session will explore how to create a multi-year professional development plan that meets the specific needs of your program. Illustrated by the successful three academic years of central Pennsylvania's Capitol Area Online Learning Association (CAOLA). The session will exemplify a reproducible model on how CAOLA used the resources of the local education service agency (ESA) and vendors to a provide a regional cost effective, expertly run, professional development model to it's members.
